Q: Are your images Mac and Windows compatible?
A: Yes

Q: What graphic format are the designs saved in?
A: We offer three formats to download. You will select the correct format you need at time of purchase. The formats are - WMF ( Windows Meta) resolution independent vector files. BMP & JPG Bitmap files (where resolution is effected in output quality).

Q: Can I download the file again?
A: If you need to re-download a file, check the receipt emailed to you. On the receipt you'll find instructions on how to re-download the file. If you're having some trouble at download time, email us with your order number, and we'll send you another download link.

Q. Can I purchase a single image?
A: Yes, We have created the Puppy Love is... category where you can purchase a single image.
